General Criterion:
System has major mechanical and/or electrical issues.   System is shut down and is not generating power.  There is no imminent dangers such as fire or human safety issues. 

Onsite Response Time:
12 - 48 hours *

8 Hour Service Request

General Criterion:
System has major mechanical and/or electrical issues.  System is generating power and/or has electrical potential.  There is imminent danger of fire, human safety issues, or the potential to cause more severe damage. 

Onsite Response Time:
Up to 8 Hours *

*  Response time is dependent on availability of technicians and financial screening.
